Aiming to change the culture of the organisation, we identified and trained 10 Innovation Champions, across the functions and locations, who in turn, trained the entire teams to the Rapid Prototyping methodology. 

 

They ensure the learning retention were achieve by driving several  of the small and medium projects coming from the workshops to completion.
